Group Circuit Training and Gym Circuit Training
Circuit Training is a concentrated group exercise class which simultaneously tests both CV and muscular endurance. Using a variety of stations you will engage in a collection of unique movements, each one specifically designed to aid CV endurance or muscular development. Dan/Ryan will assist you with technique and towards the ultimate goal of excellent body conditioning. The Gym Circuit Training will be primarily focusing on upper body and core strength and is an ideal class to coincide with Topspin afterwards.
